🌟 The No Matter Watt Trilogy 🌟

Three musicals. One community. A long, messy, beautiful journey.

The No Matter Watt Trilogy follows a community of imperfect, lovable characters across three stages of life —
past, present, and future — as they wrestle with self-destruction, synchronicity, trauma, humor, and the search for meaning.
Each musical stands alone, but together they form one emotional arc: from chaos, to connection, to compassion.

🎭 No Matter Watt (2021) — The Original

A man on the edge follows a faint light toward meaning. Set in late-night Los Angeles, No Matter Watt follows a man spiraling
through addiction, denial, and emotional exhaustion. Under the soft glow of a metaphorical lightbulb, he collides with a
makeshift recovery community of misfits, mentors, skeptics, and unexpected angels.

What if the universe isn’t against me… it’s trying to reach me?

🎷 Shubopdubayhad (2022) — The Prequel

Ten years earlier: rhythm, youth, and near-disaster. Shubopdubayhad rewinds a decade to a younger, louder version of the same crew.
Jazz- and doo-wop-infused chaos drives the story as they stumble through early sobriety, secrets, new crushes, and messy but
unbreakable friendships.

✨ No Matter Watt: Silver (2024) — The Sequel

Years later, the world has grown quieter. An older man, convinced he’s used up his chances, slips into isolation and despair.
But the universe hasn’t given up. Flickers of synchronicity, old connections, and stubborn love pull him slowly back toward life.

The music returns — soft at first, then fuller — as hope finds its way home.

💡 Why the Trilogy Matters

Together, the three shows tell a single story:

Shubopdubayhad — the roots and rhythms of a found family.
No Matter Watt (2021) — the storm and the first real surrender.
Silver — the long view, where scars and miracles coexist.

A story about people saving each other in ordinary, clumsy, beautiful ways — and about a light that refuses to go out,
no matter watt.
